Obsolescence Policy.  

Solid State Supplies undertakes to inform both Procurement and the Standards Engineer of any customer who has bought any product from us in the last 24 Months if that product is to be made obsolete by the manufacturer.

This will be carried out within one working week of the manufacturer's notification and will, where possible, include recommendations regarding alternative products.
